What do we get each month?
One complete new illustrated story starring your child. With Digital it arrives as an ebook in your library, ready to read on any phone, tablet or computer. With Printed we also mail a softcover book, shipping included.
Is it a series with chapters?
No. Every story stands on its own, with a beginning, middle and end. Some months it is a sequel that brings back friends and places from earlier stories, other months it is a fresh adventure. You pick, or let us surprise you.
How do I cancel?
Anytime from your library (Manage subscription), or email hello@yourventurebooks.com. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep every story you already have.
Do I need a photo of my child?
No. Choose their hair, skin tone and other traits and we draw them from that. If you do upload a photo, it is used once to draw the hero and then deleted.
Who writes and draws the stories?
Our stories are written and illustrated with AI, guided by the details you give us. Each one is checked for reading level and content before you see it, and nothing scary, violent or romantic is ever included.
Can I give Story Club as a gift?
Yes. Set it up for a grandchild, niece or nephew. You get each new story to share with their family, and with Printed we can mail the book straight to their home.
